What clothes do I wear to class?
Dress comfortably. Athletic wear, sweat pants, dress pants, leggings are all welcome. If you choose to wear a skirt please make sure there will not be any wardrobe malfunctions. Wear layers of clothing that you can take off as your body warms up. If you sweat a lot please wear moisture wicking clothing. It is also appropriate to bring a change of shirt if you think you will need it.
