Private Dance Lesson Booking and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing us for your private dance lessons! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please review the following booking and cancellation policy:

• Booking: Reserve your private lesson slot by purchasing it through our online booking system. This guarantees your spot on the chosen date and time.
• Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your lesson, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be refunded. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other students.
• Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your lesson and need to reschedule, you can do so one time using your prepaid credit, as long as the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours before the lesson. This allows us to offer the vacated slot to other interested students.

We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we appreciate your cooperation in notifying us as soon as possible. Our goal is to provide a fair and flexible experience for all our students while ensuring that our instructors can manage their schedules effectively.
