Rental Rates and Information

Studio A capacity- up to 50 people
Studio B capacity- up to 20 people 
Entire Studio capacity- 100 people
Please be aware that Bella Vita Dance Company, LLC requires all teachers/instructors renting the space to provide a copy of their Teacher Liability Insurance before any contract can be finalized. 

Available rental hours-

• Monday- Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm 
• Saturday: 10:00am - 10:00pm (depending on availability)
• Sunday: 10:00am- 10:00pm (depending on availability)

Workshop/Class rates- Price per 1 hour rental

• 20% of all profits based on the number of people attending workshop/class.
• Must have liability insurance. 
• $100 deposit (will be returned when rental arrangements are finished)​

Event rates- 

• $150 per hour (minimum 2 hours).
• Must have liability insurance.
• $100 deposit (will be returned when rental arrangements are finished)
