An outgoing, bubbly personality with a serving of Latin spice is the perfect description for this Puerto Rican beauty. A simple girls' night out to Copa in 2017 ignited a love for dance and a passion to share it with Manchester and surrounding communities. This mother of three uses music and dance as ways for self expression and breaks from busy day-to-day routines. When she is not helping people smile in the dental office, or taking care of her mommy duties, you can find her teaching at Bella Vita or burning up the dance floor. Eszter Balazs- Instructor
Eszter Balazs grew up in Transylvania, Romania and always had a passion for movement. It quickly grew into a passion, where he danced 7 days a week, taking classes and social dancing. He entered the Bella Vita family in 2017 and in 2019 was asked to join the team as an instructor. He has since taught most of their bachata classes, choreographed the bachata student dance teams, and performed with his fellow instructors at shows and congresses across the east coast. Andrea Howarth- Yoga Instructor
I was born in Rio de Janeiro— a magical place— where at a young age you learn how to give freedom to your body through Carnaval—a festival where you dance in crowded streets with lively music. In the 2000’s I moved to New Hampshire for good (I wasn’t sure how, but it happened). After my third child, I was looking for ways to strengthen my back by doctor recommendations. I went through all forms of workouts and fun until I fell in love with yoga. While raising my three kids, yoga became a very important aspect of my life. Right before the storm (aka COVID) started, I took an amazing course called Journey Into Power (JIP) and found what I was looking for. I want to teach what I have learned; how to breathe and how to find inner self peace. Here I am to share the joy, the balance and strength that yoga has brought to me. https://www.andreahowarth.com |
