Special Afro-Cuban Workshop Intensive with Maylena

Here's a workshop you can't miss! Maylena was one of our original Salsa New Hampshire instructors from Masacote and has taught and mentored many of the Salsa Sabor crew members and community dancers. She was born and raised in Havana, Cuba and studied dance at the Instructors Arts School in Havana. Maylena is a professional dancer and has been teaching Afro-Cuban dances for over a decade.
Don't miss her Workshop Intensive on Sunday, June 10th at 1pm at Bella Vita Dance Studio. This 2.5 hour Afro-Cuban intensive workshop, complete with lecture and dancing on the history, culture and movements of Afro-Cuban and the orishas. While practicing different movements representing the Orisahas, Maylena will discuss the form’s history and its importance to each movement. This is great to add into your dancing! Don't miss it!
