Beginner Cali style 2-Part Intensive Workshop

Cali Style Salsa is a very popular dance style in Latin and South America. It’s characterized by dancers who stay very close, move from side to side in a circular pattern, and at times with fast and marked footwork. The steps of this style often involve going back to center or back then to the side and makes it different than the mambo basic or linear basic, where the feet go forward to back.

Come learn Cali Style Salsa with Lucia! Lucia is originally from Cali, Colombia where she danced with world renowned Salsa Swing. She wants to share this popular dance style with us and is excited to bring some Colombian flavor our way!
