Bella Vita is excited to offer a Yoga for dancers workshop! As a dancer we need to make sure we care for our health and wellness. This Yoga workshop with Monica will help increase your strength, balance and flexibility. Come learn about stretches, exercises and ways to warm up your body. The workshop is open to all genders and ages.

Pre-Register and Save! Be sure to bring a Yoga mat and comfy clothes.

Get your social dancing on... You take in a lot during classes and workshops. Now it’s time to apply it to your dancing. Social dancing is a great time to practice your skills. There’s 2 great weekly nights where you can bring some friends and family to come dancing with you.
